We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the SE4ALL YouTube channel On July 28, 2023, we will be opening our channel to share insightful content about our project and its mission of optimizing the concentration and Bioavailability of selenium (Se) in milk and dairy products
As the global climate continues to change, trace concentrations of selenium in soils are at risk of decreasing. This poses a significant challenge as Selenium deficiency can lead to various health issues in many regions of the world. At SE4ALL
Our vision is to combat these health issues by producing Se-enriched dairy products,Our approach involves utilizing Se-Biofortified hay, which is introduced as a natural source of nutrients into the diet of milking cows. By integrating this Se-rich feed into their diet, we aim to enhance the selenium content in the milk and dairy products derived from these cows, this innovative strategy will contribute to addressing selenium deficiency and promoting healthier diets worldwide
Through our YouTube channel, we will provide valuable insights into the project, its objectives, and the impact it aims to achieve. We will share updates, research findings, success stories, and interviews with experts involved in this groundbreaking initiative.
The channel will serve as a platform for knowledge exchange, raising awareness about selenium deficiency, and highlighting the importance of Se-enriched dairy products.Be sure to save the date – July 28, 2023 – and visit Our YouTube channel at link to channel.
